Application procedure
Our University has an on-line application process to accept incoming Erasmus students.
Home Universities should email (at spi@uniroma1.it ) the list of nominated students, according to our application procedures available at http://www.uniroma1.it/europrog/erasmus/doc/Incoming_procedures.php
Students will be registered and they will receive a login code to fill their online application form in,  together with other useful information about Erasmus.

Application deadlines (for the academic year 2010/2011)

May 31st - for the first semester and the full academic year
November 2nd - for the second semester
Required documents to be sent by ordinary mail to Ms Luana Girolami
2 copies of the Student's Application Form
2 copies of Learning Agreement
2 photographs
A copy of the student's Application Form and Learning Agreement will be signed and stamped by our Erasmus Scientific Coordinator and sent to the Home Institution, together with the letter of acceptance.

Procedures to choose your study programme in our Faculties

Medicine:
We have 4 Medicine courses with different study programmes. We usually insert the incoming students on the C.L.M. D for administrative reasons (but in case of need, it is possible to change the course of studies).
You can find the list of study programmes for each course by clicking on C.L.M. "A", C.L.M. "B", C.L.M. "C", C.L.M. "D" .
Dentistry:
Study programme available in the box "Odontoiatria" (click on C.L.M.O.P.D. )
Nursing:
Study programme available by accessing C.L.U.P.S. (click on C.d.L Professioni Sanitarie - Classe 1 )
Physiotherapy:
Study programme available by accessing C.L.U.P.S. (click on C.d.L Professioni Sanitarie - Classe 2 )
 
Incoming students are supposed to have a BASIC knowledge of the Italian language, because lectures and examinations are held in Italian. 
           
The incoming students are kindly requested to prepare their learning agreement according to the real study plan at the Degree Course at Sapienza University.
The indication of courses not exactly  corresponding to it can lead to the impossibility to attend them in due time.    
 
Accommodation
Since Sapienza University does not offer accommodation, students should look for a room in the private market. Erasmus students will receive username and password to access the advertisements published by the Erasmus Student Network (www.esn-roma.it - "Progetto Casa").
